Planning and design for the 2.5 development cycle will begin on 2/15. The major deliverable for 2.5 is weighted grade entry categories. See related issues

Plus additional feedback captured as part of the Requirements process. Some requirements are contingent on the implementation of the basic weighted categories functionality. Not all requirements enabled by weighted categories will be met as part of 2.5. The 2.6 development cycle will be devoted to increasing the number of these dependent capabilities.
