Evaluator Re-evaluates Students Work in Course

Please do not use the scripts below. The OSP test scripts have been moved to a public Google Docs spreadsheet, which is available at: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AldPCURzarLgdDY0TmJxcFV1R3hQaHZyWXRUbUpTRlE&hl=en_US#gid=0. This will allow concurrent editing of each script and easier documentation and tracking of results.

If currently logged in from a previous activity, Log out

Log in as an evaluator. In top-right corner of 'Welcome' page enter:
user id: 'cowens'
password: 'clay'
Click 'Log in' button.

Select the Course tab.

List of course-type sites appears.

Select BUS 101 001 W06 site from the list.

Course Home appears.

Evaluator re-evaluates student1 matrix cell submission

Step	Action	Expected Result
1	Click Evaluations from the main menu.	The 'Manage Evaluations' page is displayed and lists any wizards or matrices that have been submitted for evaluation.
2	Click the link skill: Written; year: Freshman by owner Moreen Dora.	The 'View Cell' page is displayed with any attached files and reflections.
3	Click the link for the file under 'Items'	Evaluator should be prompted to download or view the file. File successfully opens.
4	Click the link Re-Submission - Freshman Writing Experience by M. Dora under the 'Reflection' area.	Evaluator is able to read the contents of the Reflection form that was submitted.
5	Click the Add link beside Evaluations.	The 'Evaluation Form' is displayed.
6	Enter the following: Evaluation `Re-Evaluation of M. Dora's Freshman Writing Experience` Comment Text `Moreen, great job!` Grade `A` Title `Re-Evaluation of M. Dora's Freshman Writing Experience` Description `Great work!` Click Save Changes	The 'Status and Progression' page is displayed.
7	Click the radio button next to Set Status to "Complete" Click Submit	The 'View Cell' page is displayed with the link to the evaluation that was created by evaluator.
8	Click the Matrices link on the main menu, then on the Communications Matrix	The graphical version of the 'Communications Matrix' matrix is displayed.
9	Select `Dora, Moreen` from the listbox at the top of the screen.	M. Dora's matrix appears, and the cell 'Freshman/Written' is now blue (or complete).

Evaluator re-evaluates student1's sequential wizard

Step	Action	Expected Result
1	Click Evaluations from the main menu.	The 'Manage Evaluations' page is displayed and lists any wizards or matrices that have been submitted for evaluation, the type of matrix it is, and when the item was received in the Evaluations module.
2	Click the link Interviewing Skills by owner Moreen Dora.	The 'View Wizard Page' page is displayed with the student's attached file and reflection.
3	Click the link for the file under 'Items -> Attachments'	Evaluator should be prompted to download or view the file. File successfully opens.
4	Click the link M. Dora's reflection - sequential wizard under the 'Reflection' area.	Evaluator is able to read the contents of the Reflection form that the student submitted.
5	Click Add beside Evaluations.	The 'Evaluation Form' is displayed.
6	Enter the following: Evaluation `Re-evaluation of M. Dora's Sequential Wizard` Comment Text `I will accept this work.` Grade `B` Title `Re-evaluation of M. Dora's Sequential Wizard` Description `This evaluation is being accepted` Click Save Changes	The 'Status and Progression' page is displayed.
7	Click the radio button next to Set Status to Complete Click Submit	The 'View Wizard Page' page is displayed with the link to both evaluations that were created by evaluator. Also, there is an alert at the top of the page: `Cell page cannot be altered: COMPLETE`.

Evaluator re-evaluates student2's sequential wizard

1	Click Evaluations from the main menu.	The 'Manage Evaluations' page is displayed and lists any wizards or matrices that have been submitted for evaluation, the type of matrix it is, and when the item was received in the Evaluations module.
2	Click the link Interviewing Skills by owner Newton Jarrett.	The 'View Wizard Page' page is displayed with the student's attached file and reflection.
3	Click the link for the file under 'Items'	Evaluator should be prompted to download or view the file. File successfully opens.
4	Click the link N. Jarrett's reflection - sequential wizard under the 'Reflection' area.	Evaluator is able to read the contents of the Reflection form that the student submitted.
5	Click Add beside Evaluations.	The 'Evaluation Form' is displayed.
6	Enter the following: Evaluation `Re-evaluation of N. Jarrett's Sequential Wizard` Comment Text `I will accept this work.` Grade `B` Title `Re-evaluation of N. Jarrett's Sequential Wizard` Description `This evaluation is being accepted` Click Save Changes	The 'Status and Progression' page is displayed.
7	Click the radio button next to Set Status to Complete Click Submit	The 'View Wizard Page' page is displayed with the link to both evaluations that were created by evaluator. Also, there is an alert at the top of the page: `Cell page cannot be altered: COMPLETE`.
