Maryland Requirements:
   Question distinction based on various reporting needs of different groups. This is a global setting, applying to all occurrences of the question. Some examples could be:
- public
- student
- APT
- Evaluation Owner
- other
   Evaluations for courses with enrollment of more than 5 students.
Michigan Requirements:
   Raw data export of the questions and answers from the evaluation hierarchy (course & section) Only the super Admin can initiate the data export.
   Evaluation results sent to the Instructor in pdf attachment to email. This will include the course summary as well as the entire individual evaluations, including comments.
   Based on a setting, departments can receive the pdf attachments.

   After data export & pdf email, all evaluation results will be deleted from Sakai databases.
