Help Documentation Birds of a Feather

End-User Support - Training, Tutorials, Documentation, & Consulting Resources

Members of the Sakai community are beginning a new initiative to share end-user support materials and also find & share ideas and resources for supporting Sakai end users, including faculty, staff, students, and others.

All are encouraged to engage in dialogue about your-own end-user support experience, as well as your experience with this community peer sharing process.

For this BOF we will meet to discuss the current state of Help Documentation within the Sakai Community. see Documentation Workgroup & Project: Help for some of the background to this ongoing discussion.

Action Items:

Articulate needs for improving existing Contextual Help Documentation.
Discuss other "shareable" support materials (Tutorials, Video Demonstrations, etc.) and how best to share.
