SuperStructure Integration

We need to support Cross linking at the Offering level.

In general, the Course Management objects provide an additional layer of connectivity information over and above the Sakai Superstructure.

Consider adding parent node when creating courses to indicate position in the SuperStructure.

Remove groups - these are handled in the SuperStructure
