Sakai 2.3 Accessibility Test Templates

There are two templates for Sakai accessibility testing: one for JAWS reviews and the other for WAVE 3.5/Firefox Accessibility Extension testing. Templates and examples of completed spreadsheets are attached.

The JAWS template asks the following questions:

*Does the tool provide the user with a clear understanding of its purpose?
*Does the tool enable the user to accomplish his/her objectives?
*Can the user move logically and easily between pages?

Page
*Does the page provide the user with a clear understanding of its purpose?
*Does the page enable the user to accomplish his/her objectives?
*Can the user move logically and easily within the page?
*Is the page fully functional?
*Is content relevant, clear and concise?

The WAVE 3.5/Firefox Accessibility Extension template addresses the following areas:
*Links
*Headings
*Accesskeys
*Frame Titles
*Tab Order
*Functionality
*Style Sheets/Linearization
*Text Zoom
*WAVE Results
*W3C Validation

Templates are attached, along with an example of a completed form.
