CIG Coordinator Installs Forms

CIG Coordinator should be able to install forms needed in Meta Object

Three forms (Reflection, Evaluation, and Comments) will be installed in Meta Object

Add a Reflection Form to a CIG

Step

Action

Expected Result

Click 'Meta Object' from the main navigation

The Meta Object tool is diplayed with all available forms that have been installed.

Click the 'New...' link at the top of the screen.

The 'Meta Object' Form page is displayed.

Enter the following:
Name: = reflection
Schema File (xsd) = Click the 'Pick Schema' link to browse for your file

The 'Add Attachment' screen is displayed.

Click 'Add New' link

The 'Add Items' form is displayed.

Enter the following:
Add Item Type = File Upload
Number of Files to Upload = 1
Choose a File = Click the Browse button to locate the 'reflection.xsd' file
Title = Should be autopopulated with 'reflection.xsd'
Click Add

The 'Add Attachment' screen is displayed and 'reflection.xsd' file is displayed under the heading 'Items to attach'.

Click Finish

The 'Meta Object' Form page is displayed with the Schema file 'reflection.xsd' and Document Root Node: reflection populated.

Click Save

The 'Meta Object Manager' is displayed.

Click the link publish underneath the form 'reflection'

The 'publish' link disappears, and the Reflection form is now available to all maintainers on the CIG.

Add an Evaluation Form to a CIG

The 'Meta Object' Form page is displayed.

Enter the following:
Name: = evaluation
Schema File (xsd) = Click the 'Pick Schema' link to browse for your file

The 'Add Attachment' screen is displayed.

Click 'Add New' link

The 'Add Items' form is displayed.

Enter the following:
Add Item Type = File Upload
Number of Files to Upload = 1
Choose a File = Click the Browse button to locate the 'evaluation.xsd' file
Title = Should be autopopulated with 'evaluation.xsd'
Click Add

The 'Add Attachment' screen is displayed and 'evaluation.xsd' file is displayed under the heading 'Items to attach'.

Click Finish

The 'Meta Object' Form page is displayed with the Schema file 'evaluation.xsd' and Document Root Node: evaluation populated.

Click Save

The 'Meta Object Manager' is displayed.

Add a Comments Form to a CIG

Add Item Type = File Upload

The 'Meta Object' Form page is displayed with the Schema file 'comments.xsd' and Document Root Node: evaluation populated.

The 'publish' link disappears, and the Comments form is now available to all maintainers on the CIG.
