Three forms (Reflection, Evaluation, and Comments) will be installed in Meta Objectthe Forms tool

Step	Action	Expected Result
1	Click 'Meta Object' Forms from the main navigation	The Meta Object tool 'Form Manager' page is diplayed with all available forms that have been installed.
2	Click the 'New...' link at the top of the screen.	The 'Meta ObjectAdd Form' Form page is displayed.
3	Enter the following: Name: = reflection `'Reflection'` Schema File (xsd) = Click the 'Pick Select Schema 'File link to browse for your file	The 'Add AttachmentSelect Item' screen is displayed.
4	Click 'Add New' link	The 'Add ItemsSelect Item' form is displayed.
5	Enter the following: Add Item Type = Select `'File Upload'` Number of Files to Upload = Select `'1'` Choose a File = Click the Browse button to locate the 'reflection.xsd' file Title = Should be autopopulated with 'reflection.xsd' Click Add	The 'Add AttachmentSelect Item' screen is displayed and 'reflection.xsd' file is displayed under the heading 'Items to attach'.
6	Click Finish	The 'Meta ObjectAdd Form' Form page is displayed with the Schema file 'reflection.xsd' and Document Root Node: reflection populated.
7	Click Save	The 'Meta Object Form Manager' is displayed.
8	Click the link publish underneath the form 'reflectionReflection'	The 'publish' link disappears, and the Reflection form is now available to all maintainers on the CIG.
