We should not use HALF_EVEN rounding mode in display and grade lookup code.

Add explicit warning message, explaining how the option works, to the Permissions frame, as in GB1. See original text below.

Add view "can" permission (right now only "can" grade").

If importing a Scantron in .csv format, GB2 does does not recognize the first column heading (student_id) bc of the underscore

If imported file has several "item" columns, Import Setup frame needs a "loading dock" of some kind where you can select what items to import and/or delete
