Created two new separate Feature Request JIRAs.

GRBK-657: Allow the Scantron to be imported using csv file format.

GRBK-658: Allow the Scantron to be imported using xlsx file format.

QA COMMENTS:

1) Current situation: the Scantron file must always be in xls file format in order to be imported successfully.

From the Gradebook 2 - Importing Scantron Data PDF document: "Make sure that this file is on your local computer (the one you will be using to access SmartSite) and is in an Excel (.xls) format and not an Office Open XML Workbook format (.xlsx). The file you receive from the TRC will be in the proper format unless you have modified or re-saved the file."

2) Feature request (A): Allow the Scantron to be imported using csv file format.

3) Feature request (B): Allow the Scantron to be imported using xlsx file format.

4) Will create two new separate Feature Request JIRAs for comments 2 & 3 above.

Can we reevaluate this issue since we have significantly changed import, and then put the JIRA in proper state, e.g. crete new feature JIRAs as necessary.

scantron's are supposed to be XLS, in fact a fairly old version of XLS file. CSV's would not import as scantron, and as far as I know has never been part of any scantron design for either GB1 or GB2.

Is this truly necessary? If so, then it is new functionality.
