adding attachments
1) to show where the Instructor clicks to view the submissions, whereby any future submissions are broken.
2) to show what the Student see after Instructor does action above.

Tested using Sakai (tags/sakai_2-4-0_QA_007) - Server qa1-uk & Server qa1-us
This is definitely not fixed.
1) Create assignment in the Assignment tool, grade = Points, and give point value
2) Submit using a Student role, as many as you like.
3) View the submissions using an Instructor role by clicking the "1/1" Submission link (or however many submissions there are, see attached)
4) Once Instructor has viewed the submissions, students can no longer submit the assignment (see attached)
The link for students to submit is messed up after SAK-6614 "allow instructors to grade assignments that were not submitted". And the student couldn't submit after the instructor once been to the list of submissions page.
