This ticket fixes defects found in S2U-8 Tracking and Reporting of Delivery Times for Questions.
Improved aesthetics in the statistics section.
Changes in how strings are handled for average/min/max time to incorporate them into the export of statistics data.
Addition of min/max/average times to the data export file.
Ensure that only exams with a time limit have the submission date modified, and only when the time spent answering a question is less than the time limit set by the instructor.
