I've closed the previous PR for 22.x and created a new one for master according to @Sam Ottenhoff feedback.

I have made a PR for version 22.x. For version 24.x, I am waiting for resolution on [SAK-49669] Webcomponents does not compile on Windows - Jira (atlassian.net)

Assignments. With "Sakai Grader" the link to view the HTML attachments of the students is lost. In version 24 and 23, this file type does not appear in the attachments list. In version 22, it does appear in the submissions list, but access is lost when clicking on it. In version 20, the problem does not occur.
