Plus: membership not updated for removed students on plus site

Description

When a student is removed from the main site, the Plus site membership should update also, removing that student. This was working 3 days ago (see https://sakaiproject.atlassian.net/browse/SAK-49502 )

Today, a removed user in the main site is not removed from the plus site. Possibly related to https://sakaiproject.atlassian.net/browse/SAK-49486 ?

I graded the “removed” user in the Plus site to see if it would cause issues. The “main” site was not affected, but there was an error in the logs for the Plus site.

Verified on trunk 1f8d703c using 2 different servers (one for the plus tenant and one for the “main” site)

Yup - that scenario is a good one to exercise regularly because it covers both ends of the roster maintenance.

Andrea - I have a trick to make it happen more quickly. I see that is not in the test plan for this JIRA. Do you have the original test plan so I can see if you do it in that plan?
