LTI-Assignments: Re-enable group submissions

Thankfully I have the screenshots from yesterday where it actually worked, so now it’s figuring out what happened between yesterday and today to break it again.

Tested individual submissions and selecting only 1 group: only members of the group that had the assignment assigned are able to see the assignment, are each able to submit, the instructor is able to grade the submissions and release grades. Students see the returned submission.

Tested a group submission but only selecting 1 group: only the group selected can see the assignment and only 1 member can submit. Once the member submits, other members will see this assignment as submitted. The instructor is able to grade and release the grade, all members of the group receive a grade in the Gradebook and all members of the group are able to view the graded assignment.
