After clicking “remove” for the feedback comment, the “remove” for the private notes also disappears.

Verified on Sakai master/24 using the provided test plan. Only the feedback comment is removed after selecting the remove link. The private note remains after the removal of the feedback comment.

See for the new Grader. If the instructor adds a comment and a private note, saves, then opens the grader again, both the feedback comment and the privates notes have a remove link. If the instructor clicks to remove the feedback comment, the link to remove the private note also disappears.
