Plus: TA comes across with access perms and is listed as a student in the GB

Description

Not sure if this should be a bug or a feature request. If the main site has a TA, when launching the Plus site, the TA does come over with “access” permissions. On the Plus site, the TA is also included in the gradebook as a student.

I’m not sure what should be the correct permission, but a TA should not be included in the GB. I will include the TL label to get some feedback on the expectations when a TA is involved.
