Accessibility issues:
Even observed that, while navigating using <down arrow> or <up arrow> key, focus moves to rich text editor, but NVDA is not reading the input provided. The same is rendered by NVDA only while navigating using <TAB> or <Shift + TAB> key.
Toolbars are not receiving <tab> <shift + tab> and arrow keys focus.

Note: To access the word/character count information, it appears that screen reader users will need to use the arrow keys to navigate to this information, as pressing tab and shift+tab will only cycle the cursor between the “Rich Text Editor, New_Assignment_Instructions” and “Add honor pledge” options and the word/character count information appears somewhere on the page between these and can only be accessed by up arrowing after tabbing to the “Add honor pledge” option.
Use keyboard to confirm the screen reader's ability to view the word/character count display when using the Rich Text Editor to create a new Assignment, NVDA is not announcing the count while tested on Chrome and Firefox browsers.
