Lessons > subpage nav > hidden subpages do not show eyeball icon

Description

In the Lessons scenario where:

  1. Subpage navigation is enabled

  2. A subpage is hidden

The eyeball icon (indicating that the subpage is hidden) does not display in the subpage navigation menu. This is working in 19.x. right now. See screenshots. 

Note: This bug may affect Trunk (22.x), but subpage navigation does not appear to be working at all on 22.x nightly as of this moment (build: 0d606e9a). If you enable it, and create some subpages, then expanding the Lessons tool in the tool menu does not reveal any subpages.

This was broken by where this piece of styling was removed from the _toolmenu.scss file:

That PR contains more changes, so atm can't really say if the removal was needed or if putting it back would have side effects...
