, can you please add steps to the Test Plan section for testers to verify this fix? Thanks.
In Trunk (and in 20), if instructors opt to use the new Sakai Grader and attempt to view a student's uploaded attachment, then the attachment will open in the current browser tab. This happens in both Firefox and Chrome.
I may recommend that it open in a new browser tab, especially because this is also the current behavior in the "legacy" Assignments grader UI.
