Manage Overview > Remove Calendar Widget > Does Not Repopulate as an Available Widget

Description

In "Manage Overview," if you remove the calendar widget, you can't add it back. Removing and re-adding the Calendar tool does not resolve this.

Tested removing/re-adding multiple times.

I tested this in Trunk on Chrome, and removing the widget does, indeed, seem to allow the user to re-add it back. However, I'm seeing a new issue possibly surface as a result in SAK-42882.
