When instructors attempt to access an assessment via Lessons or URL from their site, they are prompted the following error:

You do not have permission to access this assessment. Please contact your instructor if you have any questions.

This worked for instructors until about the time https://sakaiproject.atlassian.net/browse/SAK-40914#icft=SAK-40914 was resolved.  If you test on nightly 11x, you can see how this used to work for instructors.
