bulk close using query: "1.3.x status" in (Resolved, Closed) and status in (Resolved, Verified) and project = "KNL" and fixVersion = "1.3.0" and resolution = Fixed

Hi Chuck, The workflow as detailed here is :(https://confluence.sakaiproject.org/display/MGT/Sakai+Jira+Guidelines)
Not all of the steps have been completed (such as closing) in the past because of lack of time in the specific roles, but ideally it would only be closed after the issue is verifed, merged and the release has been made.
So everything from rc01 (and before) that is verified right now and merged should ideally be closed. (By somebody manually)

I would want to make sure that this is not marked as closed until it is merged, released and really makes into RC02 - right? Just knowing it works in trunk is the first step before we close as verified. Or am I wrong on that?

Chuck, I've just added you to the QA group, which means that you should see a "Tested" button in the Jira ticket now (and in future Jiras) which you can use to flip the status to Verified. Thank you for testing!
When you first add Lessons to a site - in this case a project site - the default permissions are still missing. I know we talked about this a while back and was not sure if this was done in kernel configuration scripts or conversion scripts - but I tried this on the current 2.9 Longsight Server today and it is still unfixed. I checked out a copy of 2-9-x last week and it was still unfixed.
So I am putting it in because I could not find the JIRA that tracks this and I just don't want us to forget about it.
