Lessons RHS buttons (print, link, help + one more) are on top of the tools menu on a mobile sized screenle

See screenshot. This occurs when in the lessons tool on a mobile sized screen and clicking the tools menu at the top.

Verified the issue on 11.x Maintenance Branch on MySql (https://qa11-mysql.nightly.sakaiproject.org/), it works fine

Verified the issue on https://qa1-us.nightly.sakaiproject.org/portal, we can still see the help and link icons.

This isn't so much of an issue anymore on currently nightly because these menus have changed. Though it doesn't cause a problem. This would be more useful in 11 and not pulling it back causes merge conflicts so looks good to me to merge. I'd re-verify on 11.
