Problem: The number of times lessons page is refreshed, those many 'Student pages' are added to the Lessons page
I can't duplicate this. It seems like someone would have to use the back button, which you don't indicate. But even that doesn't seem likely to do it.
It does seem like a mistake to use a GET to create a new item though. I'm going to look into redoing this with a hidden form. At that point there's no URL which you could issue again to create a new item, no matter what the browser does.
