Clicking on Edit Quiz Settings does not redirect to the settings page

Description

A lessons page should have a quiz already added.
1.Click on the Settings or the gear icon next to the quiz.
2.Click on 'Edit Quiz Settings' icon.

The page gets redirected to the create a new quiz page rather than the settings page.

I tested again from home in https://trunk-mysql.nightly.sakaiproject.org/portal/
Page redirected for Edit Quiz and Edit Quiz Settings, the calendar is at the bottom of Settings page.

Tested again using work VPN and reloaded javascript, same result.

As mentioned earlier the page gets redirected but there is a calendar visible at the bottom.

When testing, please make sure you reload the javascript. Clearing cache is one way to do it, though simply doing an extra refresh normally works.

I've changed the status from verified back to fixed. Please test again. I've adopted a different solution that I'm hoping will produce more consistent results.

The issue had been that CKeditor caused a function to be redefined. Some of the time. I'm now using a different function that no one should be redefining.

The fix is in trunk, not 11 QA.
