Fix version is the actual Sakai version for which an issue is resolved. Therefore the fix version field should be empty until that time. Thanks.

I don't think that's related to this ticket. I would check to see if the issue exists in 11.x.

The links were shown and functioned, but the Random Draw quiz was missing the max score possible (see randomDraw.png and normal.png)

I added a test plan.
This follows the work done in and SAM-2484.
In the past, links to quiz statistics were hidden if the quiz had a random draw part. In SAM-1620, this restriction was lifted, but the work was only partially complete. also continued this to some extent while trying to fix a presentation issue.
This PR should take care of the remaining cases.
