Three different links in the same button

Test Plan:

1. Create a question pool with 2 questions.
2. Create an assessment with one random part from the pool and publish it.
3. Complete the exam as student.
4. Go to published assessments and click on "Scores"

You will see one button with three links inside:

Questions Statistics Item Analysis

This is because of that changed the rendered condition for closed button part and is different from rendered of previous button.
