Lost subpools and questions when copying a pool inside another pool

Description

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Instructor creates question pool A which contains 1 question and 1 subpool.
2. Instructor creates question pool B which contains 1 question and 1 subpool.
3. Instructor copies the question pool A inside the question pool B: The question pool A is copied into question pool B but the questions and subpool from A are not copied. Just the title of the question pool A is copied but not its content. It's empty.

Verified in trunk and 11.x. It works fine.

Well someone would need to test if it's still a problem in 11 and re-open. Nothing on this ticket indicates to me that it would be though.
