Alignment issue when viewing submissions which contain Survey or Multiple choice questions

Description

I am only able to replicate this problem when going in as an instructor to view a student's submission.
(Tests & Surveys -> Select Action -> Scores -> clicking on the name of a student to view their submission)

To reproduce:

1) Create an assessment which contains Survey or Multiple Choice-Single Correct question.

2) Publish the assessment.

3) Using a Student account, take and submit the assessment.

4) Using your instructor account, click on submissions, total score page displays. Then click the name of the student to view the submission.

This issue affects Sakai 10.x at this moment, can someone merge into 10.x? Assign it to me and i can merge the patch.

Tested on trunk(http://nightly2.sakaiproject.org:8082/portal/). Answers are displaying next to MC options properly
