tested on sakai/trunk on Oracle - Built: 08/01/14 08:00 - Sakai Revision: 311475
Included testing on a quiz with more than one question and using multiple choice with less choices (1 less choice) and more choices (2 more choices)

Removing affect version of 2.9. Tested on 2.9.x and could not replicate.

https://sakaiproject.atlassian.net/browse/SAM-2235#icft=SAM-2235 removed jQuery from samigo-app/src/webapp/jsf/delivery/item/deliverMultipleChoiceSingleCorrect.jsp.
So jQuery isn't being loaded.

When reviewing submissions for multiple choice questions in Tests & Quizzes, the answers are not aligned with the bullet point selections under the questions.
The blackboard qa image is a photo of the bug on blackboards 2.9.1 qa server and the other is on the nighty server.
