Am seeing the site title in the event log on http://nightly2.sakaiproject.org:8082, Built: 05/31/13 12:00 - Sakai Revision: 125289

fix will show title or iof title null will show the id

From the original screen shots it looks like IU create course sited with site id == course eid == site title so this isn't noticeable

The event log introduced in is showing the site id not the site title in the page header
