Student responses display when only grader's comments selected under feedback

Samigo 2.7 - Feedback Authoring
Selected immediate feedback and grader's comments
Student submitted assessment, then clicked on link for submitted assessment
Student responses display even though the option was not checked

2.8.x on HSQLDB - Built: 08/22/12 00:00 - Sakai sakai-2.8.x (Kernel 1.2.8)- Server localhost
and http://qa3-us.sakaiproject.org:8086/
sakai-2.9.0-b07 (Kernel 1.3.0-b07)- Server qa3-us

While the student responses are no longer displaying if only grader's comments are selected in the feedback, only the grader's comment at the top of the test displays. Any comments made per question do not appear.

I'm not sure if the comments per question should be seen since the student's response is not to display. If the question comments are not to display, then this issue is fixed.

If the question comments should be displaying, then this needs to be reopened.

I'm attaching one of the student versions of the latest test.
