Once the Instructor publishes an assessment, all options that were checked under 'Release Questions and the following' are no longer checked. Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Instructor creates a new assessment and he checks a few options under 'Release Questions and the following'. 2. Instructor publishes the assessment. 3. All options that were checked under 'Release Questions and the following' are no longer checked either in published assessment or in the working copy assessment.
