The test was created at 9:35, but the available time is 9:30, the due date is 9:40. Late is not allowed, and auto-submit is checked. The late allowed time displayed in settings is 9:35, but not enabled.

An exception is set with the due date at 9:45. Late is not allowed.

The due time displayed on the Tests & Quizzes page, the Begin page and in the pop-up all displayed 9:40, which is correct.

The regular student was in the test until 9:40, at which time he submitted and received the Assessment is no longer available message with a due time of 9:35. ()

I ran the auto-submit at 9:41,  total scores page shows student auto-submit at 9:37:29 

Tested this also without an exception, (exceptions are affecting some things - separate Jiras), and the Total Score auto-submit time is incorrect for the quizzes without exceptions also.
