My description might not have been understandable. I was getting a System Bug report, but without showing the stack trace. I asked Marist to turn on portal.error.showdetail=true , which they did. Now I don't get the system bug report and still not seeing the stack trace, but get a weird behavior of duplicating radio buttons.

To reproduce:
1) Leave Assessment title blank
2) Click Create
Expect an error message. Do not see one.
On the plus side, it did not create an assessment, it leaves you at the Create Assessment page.
Not sure if it could be morpheus related, so adding a label.
