Add Average Score to Samigo Publish Notifcation

Description

Add the ability for notification emails which are sent upon publishing an assessment to reflect the average score possibility in Samigo.
Also add the average score message to the publish screen.

Verified that the average score text is included with the text sent in the email when publishing an assessment. Also, the score is averaged and displayed properly on scores screen of an assessment.
