Error in calendar summary when user's timezone differs from server timezone

Description

When a user sets his/her timezone different from that of the server, then whenever the server and user timezone are on different calendar days, the link for events in calendar summary get the events for another day (the previous or the next).

This might not be an issue with the newer Calendar widget too if we can convert over to it?

Does this only affect master? Not the 12 or 11 branch?

I'm not sure if it matters, but did you make sure your local PC client timezone matches the Preference you set for your time in Sakai?
