Add additional samigo submit events to sitestats

Description

Samigo has a lot of submit style events and it only processes

sam.assessment.submit sam.assessment.submit.via_url sam.assessment.submit.timer

Add in support for the others

sam.assessment.submit.checked sam.assessment.submit.click_sub sam.assessment.submit.auto sam.assessment.submit.from_last_page sam.assessment.submit.from_toc sam.assessment.submit.thread sam.assessment.submit.timer.url sam.assessment.submit.timer.thread

It looks like some of these timer ones might need a temporary session rather than using the session of the timer. It's just using the server id in the session. So this might need a subtask.
