Edit title and Edit content not working for syllabus item.

Description

Click on syllabus tool and try to edit the title or the content for an existing syllabus item nothing happens.

On the console following jquery error can be seen :

Uncaught TypeError: this.tip(...).find is not a function
syllabus.js:281 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'left' of undefined
