With the feature from SAK-23568, if you start typing a password that doesn't pass the account validation, a box pops up that overlaps in Firefox 32 but it also happens in Chrome.

Makes it hard to see how many characters or what is actually going wrong.

I'd recommend putting the popup above the password box?
