Cannot add Special rank assigned to selected site member(s)

Description

This is happening on trunk, but not on qa10.longsight.com which is on 10.0

Prerequisite : have students in your site

1) In Forums click Ranks
2) Click Add Rank
3) click Special rank assigned to selected site member(s)
4) Click Add Individuals

Nope, does not work on Chrome/Mac either.

Can you show me how you get it to work? Different OS/Browser?
