Forum: Images missing in rank related page

Description

In rank list page, add rank page, edit rank page. There are some images missing, see before*.png

Although these missing images are already in trunk, they are
/msgcntr/messageforums-app/src/webapp/images/hr.jpg
/messageforums-app/src/webapp/images/ranksSpaceFiller.jpg

After copying these 2 files from trunk to 10.0, this bug will be resolved.

And another two images called checkbox-on.gif and checkbox-off.gif are needed in member selection dialog. You can see it in the screenshot in Ranks.doc of SAK-24854. see check.png
Since these two images cannot be found in trunk, it's better to ask the original contributor to share these two images.

Besides, there some more images be referred in jsp and css file and missing in the source.
Refered in /msgcntr/messageforums-app/src/webapp/css/forum_rank.css
remove-dim.png seems not affect UI, should be added or removed from CSS
remove.png seems not affect UI, should be added or remove from CSS
headerBg.jpg can be found in trunk, but the UI goes worth with it, I suggest remove it from CSS file

Tested on http://nightly2.sakaiproject.org:8081/ (Built: 11/27/14 00:00 - Sakai sakai-10.x).

The javascript console shows the errors:

GET http://nightly2.sakaiproject.org:8081/portal/tool/609f46f1-45b3-47cc-8d6c-69ec6acc8fb3/discussionForum/area/images/checkbox-on.gif 404 (Not Found) dfAddRank:119

These errors are also showed in trunk, so they should be fixed in another jira.

There are some changes introduced in that should be merged to resolve this jira. Reviewing the subversion history, the changes are the ones that were commited since revision #306329.
