Ranks function allows for two ranks with the same posts threshold

Description

The Ranks features allows the configuration of two different ranks with the same Minimum Posts threshold. In testing, it looks like it selects the rank that is last in the list of ranks. i.e. reverse alphabetical. The order the ranks were created did not seem to matter

Should we show at least a warning when creating a rank that has a duplicate Rank threshold.
Steps to reproduce
1) Create the following two ranks with the post threshold of 2
AAA
ZZZ
2) Add two posts to the form
You receive the title of ZZZ

Tried testing on Chrome, Firefox and IE. Gives AAA as the rank on all three browsers.
When tested for the first time the result was as given in issue. On testing multiple times with different threshold values, the result seems to work fine, giving the first created rank.
