The Ranks information continues to be displayed for deleted messages. It has no context at that point and use screen real estate for the deleted message.

Steps to reproduce
1) Set up a site with multiple members and multiple ranks that use ranks
2) As a student, post messages until you achieve one past the rank requirements. i.e. if the rank requirement is 5, post at least 6 messages
3) As the instructor, delete one of the messages
