Add support for LTI 2.0 to Sakai

Description

Implement IMS Learning Tools Interoperability 2.0 in Sakai. Here is the branch for the code and the ViewVC link:

Bernardo - this should come back to 2.9.3 quite easily. Just pull trunk down, and start it with autoddl turned on. I/we don't have conversion scripts yet but should have them soon as part of the Sakai-10 release.

We're thinking about deploying this in a 2.9.3 Sakai instance. Could it affect to the existing contents in any way? Thanks.
