BaseHibernateManger.getGradebook(String) gets called excesively

Description

it seems BaseHibernateManger.getGradebook(String) gets called repeatedly by the default page in gradebook tool. In a site with 700 students and 164 items in the GB this method gets called 2289 times

I'm guessing this is obsolete now so resolving.

Is this still an issue with the new gradebook (gradebookng)?

Per Sakai release team discussion today. Looking forward to a patch from UCT, based on all the msub commits, but understand you might not have the bandwidth to do this right now. We will leave the ticket open.
