Update CKEditor movie plugin to display extensions it actually supports

Description

The movie plugin window says
Select a .flv, .wma, .avi or .mov file

But it doesn't support .wma or .avi, this should be updated to the formats it does support.

Streaming video (FLV, F4V, MP4, MPEG-4, MP4, M4V, F4F, 3GPP)
Progressive audio (mp3)
Progressive video (FLV, F4V, MP4, MP4V-ES, M4V, 3GPP, 3GPP2, QuickTime/MOV)
Images (PNG, GIF, JPG)

I did some testing on Win7 (not vm), and Mac OSX. Just as an fyi, I'm uploading a pdf that shows the results for different file types. I did not have all the file types mentioned above, though.
