Added extra property for submission object to store the date of last grading. So that its value could be used to construct previous grading information.

I was able to reproduce this again by following the steps above in trunk (http://nightly2.sakaiproject.org:8082/portal). It is a little tricky since the timestamps seem to be off by 1. I've attached a screen shot where I put the current time as the comment from the instructor.

I guess then I may not understand the problem. I've attached a screenshot here which is student view after resubmit-regraded three times.
I don't see the problem there, all previous two instructor comments have been correctly time-stamped.

After grading a student's submission an instructor allows the student to resubmit the assignment. After resubmission the previous text/comment and previous grade show the incorrect date/time stamp. The date/time stamp is the same as the resubmission date/time stamp.
