My regression test site has a % gradebook, so I verified that the text was there.
I can't see the code review results, but it looks like this is okay in smartsite-dev. The text appears as indicated above.

Correct form of grammar for Steve's text would be:
"The gradebook you have just exported is a type for which import is not supported. You will not be able to import the gradebook file back into this gradebook or into another site/gradebook."
"... for which..." and the removal of "...of..." which is really superfluous
Currently, the users can export gb datat that the code will refuse to import again, as if a cruel joke.
